Refund Policy
Draft — requires legal review before live launch
DRAFT — REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW BEFORE LIVE LAUNCH. This is a working draft written for product completeness. It must be reviewed and finalized by a qualified legal adviser in your jurisdiction before production launch.
Why purchases are generally final
Your personalised AI Leverage Map is generated before you pay, or completed immediately upon purchase. By the time you unlock the full result, the analysis has already been produced specifically for the business details you provided. Because of this, purchases are generally final once the full Map has been unlocked, except in the situations described below.
When a refund may be available
We will consider a refund where:
- A refund is required by law in your jurisdiction (for example, statutory consumer protections for digital goods). [Placeholder — jurisdiction-specific rights to be confirmed by legal counsel before launch.]
- A technical defect on our side prevented delivery of the analysis you purchased — for example, payment was captured but no Map was ever unlocked, or the delivered result was corrupted or unreadable and we were unable to fix it.
Changing your mind after reading the result, disagreeing with a recommendation, or not acting on the Map is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
Requesting a review
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the above, use the support contact in your account (see the "Need help with your analysis?" panel on your results or account page) and include your account email, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed and, where a refund is approved, processed manually by staff through our payment provider — there is no automated or self-service refund button.
What happens after a refund
A purchase refunded in full removes access to the full Map for that analysis; your underlying answers and analysis history remain in your account unless you separately request deletion. A partial refund does not, by itself, change your access. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for related information.
Open questions for legal review
